What I tried to do for 6 months, Jamie got done in about a week a half and ended up getting more money for my house than I had anticipated when I tried to sell it myself. What made the transaction even more impressive is that I never met with her face to face as I was down in Texas throughout the process. I entrusted her to not only get the house sold, but also when it came to what repairs to make and the staging of the interior for showing. She delivered on all ends from start until closing day.
I have had three transactions the past few years when it comes to buying/selling homes, none of which I have been physically present in the area for any of the dealings. Between Jamie on the real estate side and her husband Brad on the financing side, they have had me covered. Highly recommended!

Here's the thing - there are tons of great agents out there who will get your house sold quickly, especially in the current market. However, there aren't many (if any) like Jamie. Not only does she bring so much knowledge to the table, she insures you are in the loop in comfortable through ever step. The process for us was so easy and comfortable, it felt like our sister was selling our house.
